Marcom Maintenance - Health Checks

An integral part of our maintenance service is the preventative telecommunications health check prior to your maintenance agreement commencing. This is undertaken remotely to ensure that the system is operating to its optimal performance.

The health check won’t cause any disruption to employees using the system. When the analysis is complete you are informed of the following information:

• Date of the monitor
• Result of the monitor
• Action taken by Marcom
• Recommended action for the client
• Any chargeable maintenance work to be done by Marcom
